1. Applications Are Reviewed Manually

Koi Talent reviews applications manually. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, partnership, employment, representation, onboarding, or a response.

We may accept, reject, pause, or decline applications at our discretion.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, revenue figures, growth results, or performance references shown by Koi Talent are for general information only.

Koi Talent does not guarantee specific revenue, follower growth, platform performance, traffic results, sales results, or account outcomes.

Results depend on many factors, including content quality, consistency, market demand, platform rules, audience behavior, communication, and the creator's own participation.

3. Age Requirement

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

By applying, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate.

Koi Talent does not accept underage applicants or content involving anyone under 18.

4. Accurate Information Required

Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information.

Koi Talent does not accept fake accounts, impersonation, stolen content, misleading identity claims, or applications submitted on behalf of another person without permission.

If we believe an application contains false, misleading, impersonated, or inappropriate information, we may reject it and stop communication.

5. Platform and Content Compliance

Applicants are responsible for following the rules, terms, and policies of any platforms they use.

Koi Talent does not support illegal content, underage content, impersonation, stolen content, coercion, or activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

6. Communication

Koi Talent may contact selected applicants using the contact details provided, including email, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, social media, or other official communication channels.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.

7. No Agency Relationship Until Agreement

Submitting an application or speaking with Koi Talent does not create an agency relationship, employment relationship, partnership, management agreement, or exclusive arrangement.

Any formal relationship must be confirmed separately in writing.

8. Changes to These Terms

Koi Talent may update these Application Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
